The delivery of your Lifa sneakers is a special occasion. Each pair is produced with the utmost care and attention to detail, and that process takes time. We take pride in the quality of our genuine leather and premium suede.

Every sneaker is carefully crafted from genuine leather and premium suede — quality that deserves time.

Shipping starts in  July. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email.

We hope you are satisfied with your Lifa sneakers – each pair is crafted with care and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

  • Condition: The sneakers must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including the shoebox, dust bag, and any accessories).

  • Labels: All labels and tags must still be attached.

  • Exclusions: Unfortunately, returns showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

How to request a return

  1. Send an email to our customer service at info@lifa.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. You will then receive return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the sneakers carefully and send them back within 14 days of receipt.
  4. Once we have received and inspected the package, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Important information 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the return arrives safely.
